The Crystal Conference Center (CCC) continues to make progress on their plans to improve Camp Crystal. Their plans include maintenance and upgrades to current camp structures, adding new venues, and putting approximately 80 acres of forested property in a land easement through the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy (GTRLC). They have refined their plans, held several meetings with the GTRLC, and kicked off their capital campaign. An update on the CCC’s progress will be provided during this event along with the CBCA Ad Hoc committee’s activities and recommendations relating to the Church’s capital campaign.  The Church’s plans will have a significant impact on all our cottages for years to come. Non-CBCA people who are interested in development and preservation along Crystal Lake are also welcome to attend.
