Please join us for this two-part program on life stories. We’ll start with an introduction to The Life Story Interview (LSI), the preferred method for research in “narrative identity,” or the stories people tell about themselves in an effort to understand who they are. Following the LSI, we will hear about our new CBCA project: Cottagers' Stories: Personal Memories of Crystal Lake based on the StoryCorps format. Using the StoryCorps Connect platform (https://storycorps.org/participate/storycorps-connect/) all cottagers will be invited over the next few months to contribute one or more interviews incorporating their memories of Crystal Lake. Light refreshments will be served. RSVP by July 8th @ https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0e49afae2ba7f85-thelife.
